Over the course of a real estate investment career that began in 1989, the offerings Brian manages have acquired over 700 properties, including over 2,000 multifamily units, with the assistance of proprietary software that he wrote himself. Acquired asset classes include single family homes, self storage, mixed-use and large apartment complexes in multiple states. Carl Fischer is a Cornell University graduate and third-generation real estate developer. Carl began his investing career in the 1970’s when he was employed as a rocket scientist at Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida. He is presently one of the principals of CAMA Self-Directed IRA, LLC. Carl has been involved in over $20M in real estate transactions. His real estate investments include both commercial and residential properties, notes, and mortgages.
Andresa Guidelli was born and raised in Brazil. After finishing up her MBA she made the bold move to the United States to start her second master’s degree in Professional Business Communication at La Salle University. After graduating, she worked as a “door to door” salesperson where she gained the value of learning the importance of providing custom solutions for clients and thick skin to handle no more than a few dozen times on a daily basis.
She specializes in full gut renovation projects and building new construction developments in Philadelphia, PA and NJ. Andresa runs the day to day operations of her own construction projects, as well as those of other investors from single family to apartment complexes. In doing so, she creates systems to ensure scalability, efficiency, and quality.
She also owns and manages a small rental portfolio in Philadelphia, comprised of both long and short term rentals. She is the co-founder of Monarch: Short Term Rentals. Long Term Relationships, where she offers a “5 Step Conversion Package” tailored for Real Estate investors who currently own long term rentals and want to diversify their portfolio by entering the short term rental arena. In 2008, J and his wife Carol decided to leave the 80-hour work weeks and the constant business travel behind. They quit their corporate jobs, moved back East, got married, started a family and decided to try something new. That something new ended up being real estate – in the past nine years, they have bought, built, rehabbed, sold, lent-on and held over 300 deals, encompassing over $40M in transactions.

Hoan Thai is a Philadelphia-based real estate investor with three main focuses. His foremost specialty is cash-flowing investment properties in gentrifying neighborhoods, where he leverages low-income government subsidies into profits; such properties generate strong short-term income while retaining significant long-term appreciation potential. Hoan also focuses on multifamily apartment buildings in B-class areas with a value-add component that magnifies returns for his sponsors and private investors. Finally, Hoan concentrates on flips: the acquisition of properties in middle class neighborhoods requiring significant rehabilitation, which are subsequently updated and sold on the open market.

Al Williamson is a professional engineer, full-time real estate investor, and the author of a several real estate books. He began investing in 1996. Al is best known for publicly documenting his quest to create enough ancillary income to cover the 1st mortgage of his eight-unit apartment building (which he accomplished in September 2015). He is now trying to figure out how to hot-rod one residential rental so it generates enough income to replace a middle-class job. During her tenure in Pharmaceuticals, she acquired her first rental property which started her passion for real estate investing. HouseItLook handles several million in transactions annually. Recently, Ashley has made the jump to apartment syndication, and is a General Partner in 284 units, and has invested in another 101 units.
