Brian Burke is President / CEO of Praxis Capital Inc, a vertically integrated real estate private equity investment firm. Over the course of a real estate investment career that began in 1989, the offerings Brian manages have acquired over 700 properties, including over 2,000 multifamily units, with the assistance of proprietary software that he wrote himself. Kerry Faix

Kerry Faix is a founder of Stone Bay Holdings LLC (SBH) and serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company since 2013. She has extensive experience in business operations, finance and building companies from the ground up. Kerry owns part of a $130 million-dollar real estate portfolio which she oversees the operations. Her most recent accomplishment was partnering in the purchase of a $27.5 million, 558-unit apartment in GA that sold a little over a year later for $41 Million.

As COO, Kerry develops and implements efficient operational systems across the loan acquisition, loan management, investor relations functions and directs personnel. Highly versed in all aspects of real estate, Kerry is also responsible for analyzing all investment opportunities. Carl Fischer

Carl Fischer is a Cornell University graduate and third-generation real estate developer. Carl began his investing career in the 1970’s when he was employed as a rocket scientist at Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida. He is presently one of the principals of CAMA Self-Directed IRA, LLC. Andresa Guidelli

Andresa Guidelli was born and raised in Brazil. After finishing up her MBA she made the bold move to the United States to start her second master’s degree in Professional Business Communication at La Salle University. After graduating, she worked as a “door to door” salesperson where she gained the value of learning the importance of providing custom solutions for clients and thick skin to handle no more than a few dozen times on a daily basis.

She specializes in full gut renovation projects and building new construction developments in Philadelphia, PA and NJ. Andresa runs the day to day operations of her own construction projects, as well as those of other investors from single family to apartment complexes. In doing so, she creates systems to ensure scalability, efficiency, and quality.

Originally from Philadelphia, Daniel Harvey is a graduate of Dobbin Vocational High School, where he studied electronics. She and her partner who is also her brother, Bill Fairman have been successfully lending money primarily in North and South Carolina to investors, rehabbers and builders. Currently they lend on single family fix and flip, ground up construction and development, multi-family and multi-tenanted projects in key areas of the Southeast. Hoan Thai

Hoan Thai is a Philadelphia-based real estate investor with three main focuses. Ashley Wilson

Upon graduation from Colgate University, Ashley worked in Clinical Research & Development for three major pharmaceutical companies. During her tenure in Pharmaceuticals, she acquired her first rental property which started her passion for real estate investing. Ashley partnered with her father and founded HouseItLook LLC, a real estate flipping business in the suburbs of Philadelphia.

HouseItLook handles several million in transactions annually. Recently, Ashley has made the jump to apartment syndication, and is a General Partner in 284 units, and has invested in another 101 units.
