Set for Thursday, October 17, the day before the Summit, the 2019 Philly Property Tour will showcase three properties in different stages of construction. We’ll spend time walking through and discussing each project. The leaders, Andresa Guidelli and Justin Fraser, who are active investors, will guide the group during this tour and provide the “behind the scenes” on the latest happenings in Philadelphia as well.
For lunch, the bus will stop at two of Philadelphia’s famous cheesesteak spots – Pat’s and Geno’s in South Philadelphia. Lunch is NOT included in ticket price.

Located in an Opportunity Zone, this property was previously home to a machine & grinding factory/warehouse.
