Barb has lived in the West Chester area for the past 32 years and has two adult children. Her daughter, Ashley Roach is finishing her junior year at Millersville University this May. Many of our friends refer to John Groom as their resident CPA expert on real estate and income taxes. He is the one they go to for advice on how to structure entities and deals to minimize taxes and personal liability.
